Next Saturday brings Gena and Dennis Maurer for their signature, gentle yoga, with live guitar, and a stunning shamanic sound bath with Tibetan Bowls, 9:30am. During the week, there are many classes to choose from to find peace, move your body, and reset your nervous system. Join the monthly membership for only $75. Unlimited classes.
