Since that time our goal has been to offer you and your pet the best medical care possible. We also strive to educate you on pet nutrition, flea and tick control, dental care, behavior modification and more. We feel so strongly about your pets, that we offer prospective owners a complimentary consultation and scheduled tour of the hospital facility to further educate them on the responsibilities of pet ownership. At BVH, we try our best to emphasize owner participation in all aspects of a pet's care. We work hard to build your trust in us. We want you to know that your pet is receiving loving, quality care. ✨ Graziela – Our amazing vet tech is celebrating 3 years with BVH! Fun fact about G: she is a veterinarian in Brazil and is fluent in five different languages — how impressive is that?! Her favorite dog breed is the Doberman, and she is truly a blast to work with. We’re so lucky to have her skills, passion, and positive energy on our team!

✨ Danielle – Our wonderful CSR Manager is celebrating an incredible 18 years with BVH! What an amazing accomplishment! Over the years, Danielle has brought exceptional customer service, a vibrant personality, and a dedication to always giving her all. Let’s talk pet insurance! We get it. It can be pretty overwhelming and confusing, reading through all the different bundles, plans, and policies that the numerous insurance providers have to offer you and your pet. That’s why we’d like to help you narrow down your options a bit.

When considering the right policy for your pet, be sure to compare all the various options available and find the one that makes sense for your pet’s lifestyle and circumstances. To start, make a list of the things that you think your pet may need, and what you want to have included for your pet’s coverage. Once you’ve compiled your list, see which of the three options available best fits your pet’s needs: Accident-Only Plans, Accident and Illness Plans, or Pet Wellness Plans. Once you’ve identified which one is right for you, the next step is to consider costs of coverage. From there, you can narrow down the list of providers based on what you want to pay for and can fit into your budget.

Meet Idli, our newest little cloud on legs ☁️✨

At just 10 weeks old, this white, fluffy polar bear pup came in for his very first veterinary visit with Dr. Conley, and yes—he is exactly as cuddly as he looks.

A few fun facts about Samoyeds, because Idli is already living up to the hype:

🐶Samoyeds are known as “smiling sled dogs” thanks to their signature upturned grin

🐶Their fluffy white coat isn’t just cute—it’s designed to keep them warm in Arctic temperatures

🐶They’re famously friendly, social, and affectionate… basically professional snugglers

🐶Samoyeds were originally bred to herd reindeer and pull sleds, so don’t be fooled by the fluff—they’re strong and athletic

We’re so happy Idli chose today to brighten our clinic with his puppy wiggles and snowball vibes.

A true BVH legacy. She started with us back in high school, grew with us through the years, and is now an outstanding doctor who brings compassion, skill, and a whole lot of joy to our team. This January marks her 7‑year work anniversary, and we couldn’t be more proud of the journey she’s built here. She’s an amazing doctor, a wonderful teammate, and always so much fun to work with.

✨ Puppy Update! ✨

We’re thrilled to share that our sweet mama Kava has officially welcomed her puppies into the world! She delivered 10 beautiful pups. While they sadly lost two little ones, the remaining 8 puppies—7 girls and 1 boy—are healthy, thriving, and absolutely precious.

The team couldn’t resist some much‑needed therapeutic puppy snuggles today. These little ones are already stealing hearts with their tiny paws and sweet personalities. 🐾💛

Mama Kava is doing wonderfully, and proud dad Kash even stopped by for a visit. It was a full family moment, and we’re soaking up every bit of the joy.
