Join us for Floor Yoga with Robert Meko 🧘‍♂️

Looking to stretch, relax, and recharge? This class is appropriate for all levels and focuses on flexibility, balance, and stress relief in a welcoming, low-pressure way.

When:
Tuesdays at 1:30 PM (ongoing class)
Thursdays at 2:30 PM (newly added!)

We’ve recently added the Thursday session and would love to see some new faces join us! If you’ve been thinking about trying yoga, this is a great time to jump in.
