Residents got creative during Crafty Circle with our “Grow Through What You Paint” project! 🌸🎨 Using old paintbrushes and colorful faux flowers, residents transformed everyday items into beautiful artistic blooms. This fun and unique craft gave everyone the chance to express their creativity while creating something bright and cheerful. A wonderful reminder that beauty can grow from unexpected places!

Our staff had an egg-citing time during our Easter Scavenger Hunt! 🐰🥚 Team members searched high and low for hidden Easter eggs, each one filled with surprises. Everyone had a chance to win a fun Easter-themed prize and enjoy some festive fun together.

We recognized International Day of Pink by wearing pink to stand against bullying and celebrate kindness, acceptance, and diversity. 💗 Residents and employees proudly wore pink throughout the day to show their support for creating a more inclusive and respectful community for everyone. Residents also had the chance to enter a raffle to win a fun pink snack basket - congratulations Max - while employees participated in a pink tricky tray filled with great prizes.
Together, we can continue to spread kindness, celebrate our differences, and remind one another that everyone deserves to feel accepted and valued.

In celebration of Dr. Seuss’s birthday and World Wildlife Day, our residents put their imaginations to work!

Our newly renovated movie theater is officially complete! 🎬✨

The updated space offers residents a more comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable place to gather for movie matinees, special events, and sensory programming.

Our theater is also home to our Sensations Program, a multi-sensory experience designed especially for individuals living with dementia. Sensations uses calming sights, sounds, textures, aromas, and familiar experiences to stimulate the senses, encourage relaxation, reduce agitation, and promote overall well-being.

Residents especially enjoy “Relax and Reflect,” where soothing sensory videos, peaceful music, and calming visuals create a tranquil atmosphere for rest and reflection.

We are so excited for residents to enjoy this beautiful new space!

We had a wonderful time stepping into the rhythm with tango lessons! 💃🕺

A heartfelt thank you to Jason Li from One You Love Home Care for providing such a fantastic instructor and for showing off your own tango skills! Our residents truly love to dance, and it was amazing to see everyone enjoying the music, movement, and connection.

We hope to have you both back on the dance floor with us again soon! ❤️

We may be a little late, but the appreciation is always right on time! 💙

On March 6, we celebrated Employee Appreciation Day by treating our incredible team to fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies 🍪a small token of thanks for the big difference they make every single day.

We also held a raffle for a cookie baking set, Congratulations to Michael from Activities for being our lucky employee winner! 🎉 And congratulations to Kathy for winning the resident chocolate chip cookie raffle! 🍪✨

Your dedication, compassion, and hard work do not go unnoticed. We are so grateful for everything you do for our residents and for each other!

Our Memory Care residents got into the St. Patrick’s Day spirit with a festive and creative craft! 🍀✨

They decorated clovers using colorful pom-poms, shiny gold coins, and even sheet music from “When Irish Eyes Are Smiling,” adding a meaningful musical touch to each piece. As they crafted, the familiar tune played in the background, filling the room with smiles and a little Irish charm. 🎶

Moments like these remind us that joy can be found in creativity, music, and togetherness. 💚
