🌑 Nature’s Touch New Moon Self-Care Ritual 🌑

Tomorrow’s New Moon is your permission to reset — gently.

✨ Step 1: Cleanse Your Space
Light a candle or simmer pot. As the scent fills the room, say:
“I clear my energy and create space for new blessings.”

✨ Step 2: Anoint & Intend
Apply a drop of your favorite oil or moisturizer to your hands or heart.
As you massage it in, repeat:
“I nourish myself as I grow into my next level.”

✨ Step 3: Write 3 Soul Intentions
Not goals — feelings.
How do you want to feel this month? (Calm? Confident? Supported?)

✨ Step 4: Release & Exhale
Write one thing you’re ready to let go of.
Tear it up or burn it and say:
“I soften. I trust. I allow.”

Close your ritual with 3 deep breaths and this affirmation:

“Under this New Moon, I plant seeds of healing, abundance, and self-trust. What is meant for me is already making its way to me.” 🌑

Today’s women’s circle at Soul Trip in Somerville was magical!! I got to lead a lovely group of women on their journey to “The Women They Are Becoming “ - it was beautiful and meeting these beautiful souls was an awesome experience!!!
