Colon and Re**al Surgery, Proctology Dr. Paonessa is a board certified general surgeon and proctologist and fellowship trained colon and re**al surgeon.

Her practice specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of all aspects of diseases of the colon and re**um. She is dedicated to providing cutting edge, up-to- date, patient centered care for all of her patients. The office of Paonessa Colon and Re**al Surgery, P.C. is conveniently located on Route 34 in Wall, New Jersey with easy access from the Garden State Parkway, North and South. Our office is a new, state-of-the-art facility that is handicap accessible. A wide range of health insurances are accepted and our staff is dedicated to helping to make very reasonable arrangements for patients insured by all health insurance carriers. All urgent/emergent issues are addressed within a 24 hour period. No referral is necessary unless your health insurance plan requires one. The staff at Paonessa Colon and Re**al Surgery, P.C. is dedicated to providing high quality, personalized care in a friendly environment. All exam rooms are very private and a patient’s dignity and comfort are our first priority. Our staff will guide you through each step of your care, and will know you by name. All procedures, including radiology studies, are pre-certified by our staff, alleviating any undue stress and confusion that exists in our complex health care environment. If a surgery is scheduled, our staff will help assist you in making all of your appointments in preparation for your surgery, further reducing any anxiety or stress, which allows you to focus on your treatment and recovery. The motto in our office is “All the patient has to do is show up, we do the rest!”.
