I'm so, so excited to share that I'll be hosting an ecstatic dance class at the Brighton Yoga Center. I would love for you to join!
This will be a free-form movement practice. Come as you are! All are welcome. Knowing how to dance is not a pre-requisite!

Join Brighton Yoga Center and our masseuse, Laruren Herman, as she guides you through the free-form practice of ecstatic dance. This workshop will be guided and invite you to release through movement as you find yourself by exposing your creative side. 🍃

All bodies are welcome, no prior dance experience needed!

11:30 AM doors will open
12:00 PM opening circle
12:15 PM let's dance!
1:15 PM closing circle

Wear clothes you are comfortable moving in, a water bottle and maybe a friend!

Now offering hot towel services!

I am always looking for new ways to enhance my client's massage and promote an even more relaxing experience. I'm excited to start incorporating the use of hot towels in my sessions to bring my clients an added layer of comfort and care.

The warmth of the towel can relax the muscles and reduce soreness, soothe joint pain, increase circulation, speed up healing processes, open the pores and soften the skin, as well as easing sinus pressure caused from illness or allergies. Plus, it just feels great! Using a warm towel, particularly in times of stress or after a long day can aid in relaxing your nervous system and reducing any tension felt in the body.

The heat from the towels also promotes relaxation by aiding in releasing endorphins which help with stress relief.

Used in combination with hot stone therapy, carefully selected music and my unique hands-on technique, hot towels will be the cherry on top of an already deliciously curated massage session.
