December 21st, The Winter Solstice. The shortest day of the year and the longest night.
The winter Solstice invites us to:
❄️ Slow down, rest, become quiet within( rest is not laziness, it is much needed self care ,where you honor what your body and spirit needs)
✨️ Release old patterns,stories, or burdens that are no longer in alignment with who we are becoming
🌟 Set intentions rooted in clarity and alignment
📆Going forward, each day brings more light,
✨️ Welcome the Light and New Intentions
🕯 Light a candle to honor the return of the sun
✨️ Reflect on the year, notice what worked, what didn't. View it all through the eyes of Compassion and wondrous curiosity.
🌟 Cleanse your space physically and energetically
❄️Offer Gratitude for all the Blessings and Challenges of the year
🛏 Rest without guilt
🧘‍♀️ Deep Breaths and Meditate
❄️ What do you want to release and not carry with you into the New Year, that is not in alignment with who you truly are?
✨️ Choose to enter into the New Year being in Alignment with who you are becoming.
🌟 Choose a positive word to carry with you into the New Year. Some examples might be: Love,Joy,Peace,Compassion, Abundance, Harmony. You get the idea.
What you do now, sets the tone for the New Year.
Wishing you Happy Solstice Blessings and an Amazing 2 weeks of Quiet Reflection and Releasing What No longer is in alignment with your highest self.

Reminder, we will be live tomorrow at 7 pm.
I will post the link to the music for the Yoga Nidra in comments. Also, have a cozy blanket, a comfy pillow, perhaps an eye mask with you. Also your favorite Essential Oil if you have one, that will promote deeper relaxation for you.
And of course your favorite beverage.
