Hi, I’m Brenna! My passion for fitness began after becoming a mom, when I discovered how much movement helped me feel stronger, both mentally and physically. Finding spin completely changed my life. It’s become my safe space, the place where I can clear my mind, reset, and push myself no matter what’s happening outside the studio.⁣

Outside the studio, I’m a proud mom of three amazing girls who keep me moving and motivated, three dogs who always keep excitement in the house, and I’m lucky to have a husband who’s always cheering me on. I love being out side and my family often finds our selves at the racetrack watching my husband drag race. Spin has given me confidence, community, and balance, and I can’t wait to share that with others. I’m so excited to share my love for spin with you. Let’s ride, sweat, and grow stronger together!
