Spotlight on Success: Meet our Short Term Rehab Patient Irina T.

Irina was discharged home today with VNA services after her very successful stay at Presentation Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center.

Irina was always so appreciative to everyone at Presentation and she wrote several ‘thank you poems’ in Russian to us. She gave us permission to translate them into English and to post them for all to see!

We will all miss Irina and can’t wait for her to come visit us when she settles in at home!

Happy Veteran’s Day to all who have served for our country! Today Gentiva Hospice put on a wonderful ceremony for all our Veterans… each veteran was awarded a pin, a patch, a certificate, and a thank you letter! It was a wonderful day honoring those who served and continue to serve! Thank you all 🇺🇸 Gentiva Hospice 🇺🇸

Spotlight on Success: Meet our Short Term Rehab Patient Fred C.

Fred was discharged home with services after his 2nd successful stay at Presentation Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center.

This is what Fred had to say about his experience with us:

"The Rehab staff and nurses were excellent. The food was excellent. All the staff downstairs were great, so friendly and accommodating when I would go down there. Everyone always knew my name!”

We wish Fred all the best at home, we were happy to have him, and we thank him for choosing us again.

We had such a fun time, providing all the food and dessert for Our Annual Oktoberfest at the Brighton Senior Center! We love that we get to provide delicious home-made German food to 75 Seniors in our community! Thank you to the Brighton Senior Center for our continued collaboration.

Last week we went to visit our friends at Sunrise Senior Living in Newton and provided them with ice cream sundaes! We had all the toppings…hot fudge, butterscotch, sprinkles, whipped cream, strawberries, and cherries. Fun was had by all the residents and staff! We love our continued collaboration with Sunrise. 🍦🍧

Yesterday at Presentation Rehab. We had our International Staff Pot Luck Luncheon! We had so much delicious food from several countries and there was lovely flag decorations showing everyone’s heritage! Such a fun day!
