A heart that refuses to forgive is like someone drinking poison and hoping it makes them better.
It only keeps the pain alive and gives the enemy a place to attack your peace.

Look at Joseph in the Bible.
He was hurt, betrayed, and abandoned by his own brothers. He had every reason to stay angry. But choosing forgiveness didn’t make him weak - it made him free. And because he forgave, God lifted him higher than anyone expected.

Holding a grudge will slow you down.
Letting go will heal you more than you think.
Forgiveness doesn’t say what happened was okay
it says you want to move forward with God, not stay stuck in the past.

Ephesians 4:32 — Be kind and forgive one another.
