April 20th is a big day around here.

Today marks 8 years since graduating as a Doctor of Chiropractic and 3 years since opening my own practice. Somehow, in that time, I’ve also earned honorary titles such as: wizard, voodoo lady, witch doctor, miracle worker, and “you have to go see her.”

Honestly… I’ll take it. 😂

What started as a dream to help people has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of. A place where people come in hurting, frustrated, stressed, stuck, or told “everything looks normal”… and leave feeling hopeful, understood, and often wondering how “that little woo woo stuff” helped so much.

The truth is, behind every joke about magic hands or voodoo, there has been years of education, dedication, intuition, experience, and a whole lot of heart poured into helping people feel better.

To my family: thank you for supporting me through the long days, late nights, and wild ideas.

To my friends: thank you for cheering me on and sending people my way with “just trust me, go see her.”

To my mentors: thank you for teaching me, guiding me, pushing me and helping shape the doctor I’ve become.

And to my patients: thank you for trusting me, referring your spouses, kids, parents, coworkers, clients, neighbors, and random people you meet in line at the grocery store. Word of mouth has built this practice, and I’m endlessly grateful.

You all helped turn this dream into reality.

So cheers to 8 years as a Doctor of Chiropractic, 3 years of owning my practice, and many more years of being your local neighborhood wizard. 🪄✨

This comment meant more to me than she probably realized.

My goal has never been to just “get people in and out.” It’s to create a space where people feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for. Because healing starts long before any treatment begins.

Hi friends — and a big welcome to everyone who’s new here. I realized there are quite a few new faces around, so I thought it might be a good time to reintroduce myself.

I’m Dr. Jessie — chiropractor, puzzle-solver, and someone who genuinely loves helping people understand what their body is trying to say.

Most people initially come to my office because something hurts… their neck, back, headaches, digestion, fatigue, hormones, or they just don’t feel like themselves anymore. And while chiropractic adjustments are an important part of what I do, my approach to care looks at the whole picture, not just one symptom.

Your spine and nervous system are constantly communicating with every system in your body. When that communication is working well, the body has an incredible ability to adapt, heal, and function the way it’s meant to.

But sometimes the story is bigger.

That’s where my work often blends chiropractic care with a more functional and holistic perspective — looking at things like nervous system regulation, lifestyle, nutrition, lab markers, stress patterns, and the underlying factors that may be contributing to how someone feels.

I’ve always loved solving puzzles, and health is rarely just one piece. It’s about connecting the dots.

A few things about me outside the office:
• I run on triple shots of espresso ☕
• I’m a night owl who tends to research health topics at midnight
• I’m a mom to a pretty amazing little human
• I love teaching people how their bodies actually work
• And I believe people deserve to feel heard, understood, and involved in their care

My goal with this page is to share education, perspective, and tools that help you better understand your health and your body.
