I’ve been watching this guy collect acorns and look for stuff in the bark. I swear he knows the second I try to get a photo. This is off the computer. Very flashy and active.

This is why all of our brain needs to work well for us to function optimally. Anxiety, head injuries, chronic anger and PTSD to name a few impairs our ability to be our best selves.

Well, taking time for joy. The young fellow I am treating in a coma waved his fingers yes when his mom asked him if he could see her. She was told he would never see again. He is opening his eyes more and more and is now moving all 4 extremities. We are thrilled!

Five groups unite to form the American Nutrition Association
Five major nutrition organizations just united to form the American Nutrition Association. The groups who have joined together are: the American College of Nutrition; the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists; the Center for Nutrition Advocacy; the Accreditation Council for Nutrition Professional Education; and the American Nutrition Association Foundation. Poor nutrition, the ANA said in a statement, poses a greater risk to health than to***co, inactivity, or any other risk factor, a claim echoed by a global study earlier this year. Nearly half of Americans have some form of chronic illness, according to the ANA, and better personal nutrition could help address the “nutrition gap” in the U.S. The group aims to ensure that improving nutrition includes not only health care providers, but also farmers, policymakers, and philanthropists.

The problem with pot is that it increases alpha brainwaves. Fred Struve, who is at Yale, did 3 studies comparing those who had never smoked pot with those who had smoked daily for 5 years, 10 years ad 15 years. It showed a progressive slowing and deterioration of the brain so that by the end of 15 years they were looking like someone entering the early stages of Alzheimer’s.

One of the most powerful things we can do is to simply pause before reacting.

Low Energy Neurofeedback System (LENS) treats all of the symptoms associated with Acquired Brain Injuries:

Acquired Brain Injury (ABI). ABI encompasses both traumatic and nontraumatic mechanisms of brain injury. A working definition is as follows: "Acquired Brain Injury refers to damage to the brain from an internal or external source, that occurs
post-birth and is non-congenital, non-degenerative, and non- hereditary, resulting in partial or total functional impairment in one or more areas such as attention, memory, reasoning, problem solving, speed of processing, decision making, learning, perception, sensory impairment, speech and language, motor and physical functioning, or psychological behavior."

A garden is so much like a church. So much care and feeding. Such competitiveness among the plants — some of them literally choke each other to death if you don’t get out there and put a stop to it. The big gorgeous ones get lots of attention, but then one comes along that looks almost dead all season and suddenly, almost overnight, blooms splendidly forth. Never write anybody off completely. You just don’t know.

I treated a young fellow (55) for a series of mild strokes he has been having. His depression has eased, and instead of sleeping all day or just sitting on the couch, he got up and helped his daughters with the yard work! They were very pleased! I am so fortunate to assist others to a better life.

Hello. I recently successfully treated an 80 year old lady with rheumatoid arthritis in her hands using BodyLENS once. It's been nearly 8 weeks and she's still symptom-free. Since then I've been just as successful with three other RA clients.

I Love Transforming Lives

I love seeing people being able to transform their lives from one of struggle to a life that flows with much greater ease. Anxiety becomes managable, circular thinking is gone: light, sound and joy become possible. PTSD becomes muted allowing energy and awareness for the life you truely desire. Stroke? Many regain cognition and movement. It has been my joy and honor to see limitations reduced and freedom to choose increase with old tapes reduced. Our challenges need not define us. Ask: What Else is Possible?
