What is it like for you to be seen?

Everyone’s different…

Do you find yourself drawing closer to those who see you… whether you are in your light or your shadow?

Or do you withdraw, feeling unsafe?

Do you wear various masks and armor to make sure you’re perceived in a particular way?

Or do you bare it all and relish being witnessed in your fullness?

How are your relationships impacted by your patterns around being seen?

How have these patterns impacted your life on a broader scale?

I believe we’re all being asked right now to:
(1) Discover our authentic self, shedding anything that is not aligned and (2) Allow our authentic self to be seen, so that we can all begin living more fully and deeply embodied lives.

Only then can we authentically connect in a real heart❤️to❤️heart fashion.
