$5,000 is the average grant that Fund a Life gives to a family in need. Our goal is to raise that amount! With your help, we know we can do it! How can you help us reach this goal?
1. Refer a new patient to the office for a $50 consultaion, exam and xray.
2. Purchase raffle tickets in the office for a chance to win awesome prizes.
We will be matching and donating all of the proceeds to Fund a Life NFP!
