The time change can shift more than just the clock, it can shift your energy too! Here’s how to flow with the season and keep your practice feeling balanced:

✨1. Slow it down.
Fall invites us to rest and reflect. Try gentle flows, yin, or restorative yoga to match the slower rhythm.

🌟2. Adjust your practice time.
Use the extra morning light for energizing movement or enjoy cozy evening stretches to unwind before bed.

🌙3. Ground yourself.
Add poses like Garland, Chair, Warrior II, and Legs-Up-the-Wall to stay centered and steady.

🕯️4. Create cozy rituals.
Light candles, unroll extra blankets, and play soft music. A warm cup of tea during practice? Yes, please!

💛5. Stay consistent.
