There was a time I thought pushing harder would fix everything.

It didn’t.

What actually changed things?
Slowing down enough to listen to my body.

That’s where everything shifted.

And that's what happens when you learn how to regulate your system. Regulated does not mean cool, calm, and collected. It means you know when to stop/stretch/walk/dance/shake/jump/hike/swim/bike, and breathe when/before/after s**t hits the fan.

It’s not a luxury. It’s a skill.
