Williams Funeral Directors and Cremations would like to bring to the community's attention a recent public hearing held by the Arkansas State Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors on March 17, 2026, concerning the late renewal of our licenses and professional credentials following February payments. The delay occurred due to a misinterpretation of renewal requirements and an oversight during family services. We attended the hearing, acknowledged the issue, and provided details on enhancing compliance. The board concluded the matter with a reprimand and fine. We confirm our licenses are valid and prioritize the community's trust in us.
