Whether you’re new here or have been part of this journey from the start, I’m feeling so grateful as our expansion nears completion ✨. What started as a small idea has grown into something truly special, a space where people come to rest, heal, recharge and reconnect 🌿. None of this would be possible without your support, encouragement and trust along the way 🙏.  I can’t wait to welcome you into the new space and share this next chapter 🎉. 🇺🇸 Holiday Hours + Summer Break Alert! ☀️

Sanctuary will be open on July 3rd from 11 to 3pm and closed on July 4th to celebrate Independence Day with our loved ones. 🎆 We will be back on July 5th for your much needed detox!

✨ Summer Vacation Break: We’ll also be taking a short break to rest and recharge — Sanctuary will be closed from July 11th thru the 21st and reopening on July 22nd.

Now’s the time to book your sessions before our summer pause!  Whether you’re craving a sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, or deep healing time , we’ve got you until then.
