Seasons change -✨
We move through this life with the earth & all who call her home.

Our lives are all connected - as with the animals and the plants, we all need to adapt and change with the seasons. Some die, some migrate to other (warmer) climates, and some hibernate til spring returns.

Mugwort🌿
Is one that dies in the fall - she is a strong plant , she WILL be back! but her sweet flowering & self sowing stages have ended for this time around the sun.
- my Autumn Dreamcatcher Tea which features Mugwort is also gone for now, the last bags were shared with friends

Those of you who do have some I recommend quiet evenings, meditation, a mug of this dreamcatching / dream inducing blend and set intentions for your dreamscape! & keep a journal by your bed for when you wake to be able to later process your mind’s restful musings!

& now Wintertime is here… temperatures have dropped, soon snow will blanket the earth here in the NorthEast.
This is a time for rest & inward reflection and planning for the next cycle! - our human form of hibernation!
