This one is for my folks that really want to learn how to tap into thier intuition. I've been doing this for quite sometime. I can tell you, if you really want to know answers to things keep practicing this.

☝️Get into a quiet space that is comfortable.
✌️close your eyes and count back from 10 and think you are walking up the stairs as you find your higher self and you should almost feel like you drank a few and got a great buzz going on.

Lastly listen and ask your higher self what you want to know or what you should know.

Don't force it just let it flow in and out.
