Judy Robertson was born 1941 on Valentines Day in Ironton, Ohio. Robertson was the oldest of eleven kids and she said her family moved around to a few different places until finally having a more permanent home in Texas. We’ve been feeling the Olympic spirit at Sun Dial Manor thanks to our amazing Activity Director, Konnie! 🏅 She planned a full lineup of fun and friendly competition in honor of the Olympic Games, including bowling, chip chucking, knock the cans, and ring toss. Our residents gave it their all, cheering one another on and celebrating every great throw and roll. Gold, silver, and bronze awards were handed out—but truly, everyone who participated was a winner! A special thank you to Groton Dairy Queen for generously donating gift cards that we proudly used as prizes. Your support helped make our Manor Olympics extra sweet and memorable!

Jenaica, one of our amazing Sun Dial family members, has accepted a position at another nursing home. While we are sad to see her go, we are so grateful for the time, care, and dedication she gave to our residents and team.

Jenaica has made a lasting impact through her compassion, hard work, and the kindness she showed each and every day. Our residents truly appreciated her caring heart, and she will certainly be missed by staff and families alike.

Please join us in wishing Jenaica all the best as she begins this new chapter in her career. We are excited for her and know she will continue to do amazing things!
