What if you could feel healthier in your 50s than you did in your 20s?🤩
20 years ago my body was out of order.
I was in the midst of infertility treatments following years of endometriosis and erratic hormone levels.
Then I had a lightbulb moment: fruits, vegetables and other real, unprocessed foods can not only prevent disease – they can help the body heal. 🫐🥑
So I started small.
I gradually shifted from mostly processed food to mostly real food, and added even more nutrition with powdered produce.
Over time, transforming my nutrition transformed my health and my life. 💚
Today, I am healthier in my 50s than I was in my 20s … and I have two beautiful daughters!
Real food truly is medicine. It supports our bodies in making the “medicine” they were designed to make — the kind that leads to healing and thriving.
