✨ 3...2...1...Blast off into Space Day at our Clinic! ✨
Today our learners explored a galaxy of themed activities designed to support skill development, exploration, and meaningful engagement. 🚀

👽 Alien Hunt
Using flashlights to search for hidden aliens encouraged joint attention, functional communication, and following directions—all while promoting shared engagement with peers.

🌌 Space Obstacle Course
Our astronauts navigated spaceships, “asteroids,” and movement challenges to strengthen gross motor skills, motor imitation, and turn‑taking.

🪐 Sensory & Space‑Themed Play
Interactive space toys and sensory materials supported functional and imaginative play, fine motor development, sensory exploration, and opportunities to practice tacting and manding.

🌠Our astronauts shined bright today as they explored new skills and out‑of‑this‑world adventures! 🌟 🌟

🎉 We are thrilled to announce that we are adding a 5th Behavior Analyst to our growing team! 🎉

📣Please join us in congratulating Kelsie on officially passing her board exam and becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)! 🌟👏

✨Over the past two years, Kelsie has been an exceptional member of our organization. She has excelled as a senior-level RBT and has served in multiple leadership capacities, including Group Learning Coordinator, School‑Based RBT, and Clinical Assistant.

💫💙Kelsie’s patience, inquisitive approach to learning, and her natural ability to build meaningful connections have made a tremendous impact on the children and families we serve.

❤️We had a LOVE-ly day at the clinic celebrating kindness, friendship, and learning! ❤️💕

Our staff and clients rocked their red & pink attire, while enjoying Valentine-themed activities designed to build skills in the most fun way possible.

💌 Passing out valentines to practice greetings, sharing, and functional communication
🍪 Making heart “cookies” with playdough to strengthen fine motor skills
🎨 Decorating treat bags to encourage creativity and positive peer interaction

Every activity was filled with laughter, connection, and meaningful learning because at Phillips ABA, laughter and learning go hand in hand.🤝

❄️ Frozen Fun at the Clinic! ❄️
With temperatures dropping and snow falling outside today, it was perfect timing for our Frozen-themed activities.

From winter dress-up and snowball games to pretend ice skating, karaoke, sensory play, and creative ice painting, our learners practiced social skills, functional play, motor skills, and imagination, all through play. 💙

We loved seeing:
☃️ turn-taking during snow games (snow sensory bin, snowball toss)
🎶 confidence during Frozen karaoke
🎨 creativity through ice painting
🤍tolerance training and independence building -- practicing putting on & wearing winter clothing (coats, scarves, and toboggans)

By embedding therapeutic goals into play-based experiences, we help children generalize skills across settings in a way that feels natural, motivating, and meaningful.

🎄 Getting in the Holiday Spirit at Phillips ABA Therapy! 🎄
Our little learners have had the best time celebrating all things Christmas this season! From cozy PJ days and candy canes to practicing important skills through play, this week was full of joy, learning, and holiday magic.
🌲We even had a surprise visit from Mr. Grinch himself, made “cold” cocoa topped with marshmallows, created keepsakes for our loved ones, shared new toys, and practiced opening gifts and sharing with friends.
🚂We wrapped up the week with a Polar Express–themed day in our pjs. 🚂✨

📦🎄Kids Food Drive at Phillips ABA Therapy!💫

This holiday season, we’re collecting kid-friendly food items to help restock our local Bristol Emergency Food Bank. These items run out faster than anything else, and we’d love to help make sure local children have what they need, especially when schools are closed for the holidays. ❤️

We’re accepting donations now through December 19th!
📦 Suggested items: mac and cheese, ravioli, ramen noodles, canned fruits, canned veggies, and other child-friendly non-perishables.

You can drop donations off at Phillips ABA Therapy anytime during business hours.
