We are proud to share that our Executive Director, Helen Scott, has been named Bristolian of the Year by the Bristol Herald Courier.

This recognition reflects over two decades of faithful service, community collaboration, and a shared commitment to ensuring quality healthcare is available to everyone in our region. While Helen leads our organization, she is the first to say this honor belongs to the incredible staff, volunteers, students, partners, and supporters who make Healing Hands Health possible.

A meaningful moment of transition at Healing Hands Health.

We extend our sincere thanks to Andy Mumpower for his leadership and service as Board Chair. Andy’s steady guidance and commitment have helped strengthen the organization during an important season of growth.

We are also pleased to welcome Joe Dunagan as our incoming Board Chair. Joe brings a deep understanding of our mission and a heart for this work, and we are grateful for his willingness to serve again in this role.

Pictured with them is Helen Scott, our Executive Director, whose leadership continues to guide Healing Hands forward. We are thankful for each of these leaders and for the shared commitment they bring to our mission and community.

We want to extend a sincere thank‑you to Central Presbyterian Church in Bristol, VA! The congregation assembled 280 dental kits yesterday, continuing their tradition of service on the last Sunday of the year, "Be the Church Sunday".

These kits will be used during our upcoming community outreach efforts, and we’re grateful for your support and partnership.
