There is still time to register for the Feb 18 class!
Healthy Living FREE NUTRITIONAL CLASS, taught by UT Extension
Nutrition Education makes it easier to learn more about healthy food. Free interactive classes where you can meet people who are making healthy changes in their lives. Find new ways to save money and time when buying food and making meals. Be inspired as you learn ways to be more active.
During the classes, you can learn tips to:
✅Fix family meals to stretch your food dollar
✅Get the right amount of food and physical activity
✅Serve fruits and vegetables that your family will enjoy
✅Make family time active and fun
With nutrition educators, you can discover ways to plan meals and eat well
throughout the week. Staff and volunteers are welcome to attend.
Please call 423-652-0260 option 3 to reserve your spot in the free
nutritional class. Space is limited.

Our Community Health Workers attended the ASAC- Appalachian Substance Abuse Coalition for Prevention and Treatment meeting at Hungry Mother Park this past Thursday, followed by a tour of the new Appalachian Center for Hope.
