As we continue to grow, we’re making a few important updates to how appointments are scheduled so we can best care for our patients and our team.

✨ Effective immediately:
Appointments must be scheduled by:
• Calling the office
• Scheduling in person
• Using our online booking link

To hold an appointment, a deposit is required. This helps prevent no-shows and allows us to respect our providers’ time.

🚫 Please note:
Appointments will not be scheduled via:
• Text messages
• After-hours phone communication
• Social media messages
• Email

Our injectors maintain full schedules both inside and outside of the office, and these updates support better organization, consistency, and work-life balance as we move forward in 2026.
