As a small business, every single appointment matters.
A no call, no show means lost time, lost income, and a spot another family could have used.
We are always understanding when things come up—just please let us know. Communication truly means everything, and we are so thankful for clients who respect our time as much as we respect yours 🫶

If no call, no shows continue, I will unfortunately have no choice but to require deposits. This is not something I want to do, but repeated missed appointments make it very difficult for a small business.
