I’ve learned (and yes, if I’m honest, it took a bit) that I need to feel the pain and to interact with it, so I can learn from it.

Looking back, I feel gratitude for these lessons, but at the time…I really thought and may have screamed “wtf”.

Gratitude is healing!
In the spirit of sharing gratitude, I want to thank Cindy Howard of Phoenix Fire Breathwork for an amazing class and experience.

It was the most beautiful energy and healing time. Always thankful for the breath and the gifts of the breath.

Finding joy in the small things and feeling the gratitude—truly is a wonderful gift each and every day.

I absolutely love trees and grieve when they are cut down or it is their time. Seeing this beauty at the end of my driveway-wow!

Finding gratitude in these small (or great) joys!

Today I am grateful for The Sanctuary (my Sangha community).

We had a beautiful asana practice followed by pranayama, meditation and a heart filled Satsang.
