🌷Join us for a heart-centered ceremonial experience designed to gently guide you into a new season of rebirth and renewal. This immersive gathering weaves together sacred cacao, intentional ritual, restorative sound, and Reiki energy to support balance and fresh beginnings.
🌷We begin with a cacao ceremony, opening the heart and grounding into intention. As the cacao moves through the body, you’ll be guided into a reflective rebirth and renewal group activity to acknowledge what you are shedding and to consciously welcome what is ready to emerge. This ritual invites you to align with your inner wisdom and the natural cycles of transformation.
🌷From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply nourishing sound bath, where healing frequencies wash over the body and nervous system, encouraging rest, integration, and energetic balance. Throughout the sound journey, Reiki energy will be offered to support energetic clearing, emotional harmony, and gentle activation of your life force.
🌷 How to Prepare: yoga mats and blankets will be provided. Please bring a journal, water, and anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported laying down. Refrain from eating 2 hours prior to the event, or eat lightly
