Experience in medical office highly preferred

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in/out patients
• Manage multi-line phones & schedule appointments
• Verify insurance benefits & obtain authorizations
• Collect co-pays and process payments
• Maintain accurate patient records (EMR)
• Follow up on insurance denials and rejections
• Communicate with therapists and referring providers
• Perform general administrative duties
