ByHeart infant formula has recalled two lots of formula due to a possible association with an outbreak of infant botulism. If you have any ByHeart formula at home, look on the bottom of the can for the lot number and use by date.
The recalled lots are ByHeart Whole Nutrition Infant Formula:

Lot: 206VABP/251131P2 (โUse by 01 Dec 2026โ)
If you have any formula that matches these lots, record the information and then throw the formula away.
If your child has ingested any of the potentially affected formula, monitor for symptoms of botulism. Symptoms of botulism can occur several days to several weeks after ingestion and include constipation, trouble swallowing, poor feeding, a weak cry, weak muscles in the arm, legs, and neck which make the baby seem floppy, and ultimately trouble breathing.
