Meet Brittany Cobb – Operations Manager, Total Care ABA

Brittany has been a valued member of the Total Care ABA team since December 2023. With over six years of experience working with children, Brittany has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to advocating for the kids at our Bristol, TN clinic.
Her journey with Total Care ABA is a testament to her dedication and hard work. Starting as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), she progressed to Lead RBT (LRBT), then Assistant Operations Manager, and now serves as our Operations Manager. Brittany holds an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s in Business and Management. Her goal is to continue growing both personally and professionally, while staying rooted in her passion for helping children thrive.

Known for her compassionate heart, Brittany finds joy in seeing the smiles on our kids’ faces and is devoted to guiding them through life’s challenges. She is a strong believer in creating a safe, welcoming environment where every child feels loved and supported. Outside of work, Brittany is a sports enthusiast (Go Dawgs!), a Taylor Swift fan, and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She also loves exploring new places, going on road trips, and embracing new adventures.

Meet our BCBA, Clinical Director- Katherine "Kate" has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2008. She holds a Master’s in Special Education from Fitchburg State University (2007) and is licensed to practice as a behavior analyst in both Tennessee and Virginia. She has been working with Total Care ABA for over a year and values the positive, collaborative atmosphere, and all of her amazing co-workers.

With experience across school, clinic, and in-home settings, Katherine is passionate about creating meaningful, practical interventions. She especially enjoys partnering with caregivers to develop strategies that truly align with their goals and everyday lives.
Outside of work, Katherine loves spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and relaxing with her two small dogs.
