Hope to see you at The Congregational Church of Plainville, UCC for a 4 week yoga session starting 11.24 running each Monday thru 12.15. Classes are chair yoga starting at 6:15pm and a flow class at 7:30. All levels welcome. Reach out at dodowndog@gmail.com for questions c u soon!
