Harris Teeter has everything you need for brat season - specifically, beer brats! 🌭⬇

Ingredients:
18 oz. beer bratwursts
2 whole onions, sliced
1 tbsp. Private Selection Fennel Seeds
2 tbsp. butter
1 1⁄2 cups amber ale
Salt and pepper, to taste
5 hot dog buns or sausage rolls
Serve with: Simple Truth Organic Stone Ground Mustard

Directions:
1️⃣ Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and fennel seeds; cook 5 min until softened. Season with salt and pepper.
2️⃣ Add brats and pour in beer. Simmer on medium-low, covered, 30 min, flipping brats and stirring onions occasionally.
3️⃣ Preheat grill to medium. Remove brats and sear until lightly charred. Reserve onions for serving.
4️⃣ Serve brats on buns with onions and mustard.
