Congratulations to Bush Angus on another fantastic sale day!
Bush Angus hosted their 52nd Annual Focus on Performance Production Sale, at the farm, near Britton, South Dakota, February 28. Approaching the 100 year mark for the family's registered Angus operation, the Bush family offered an outstanding set of bulls and open females. Like the sale title implies, the Bush family focuses on performance-in a big way! The bull offering consists of wide-bodied, bold ribbed cattle with true growth, power & muscle, on a heavy substance structure that get out and move. Along with that, the offering featured herd sire prospects with terrific genomics and the signature "Bush Angus look". Not to take anything from the ladies, the available open females were the big bodied, stout, shapey-kind, with the beautiful maternal Angus look we've come to expect at Bush Angus! An early morning snow storm didn't deter a good in-house crowd of customers and potential buyers. Bidding was robust through the entire auction whether in-house or on DV Auction. Thank you to all who had a part in making the 52nd annual sale a huge success! Congratulations to the Bush family!
