🎥 Behind the scenes at ABC 6 WSYX this morning…

We had an incredible time on set sharing the mission behind eTMS Ohio with KJ and Tasha 💙

From getting mic’d up to walking through a live demo, these moments remind us why we do what we do—real conversations about brain health are happening, and more people are starting to listen.

KJ’s story is one that so many can relate to. Being able to bring that message to a larger audience means everything—not just for him, but for every veteran, first responder, and individual silently struggling.

This is how we continue to break the stigma:
➡️ Showing up
➡️ Speaking openly
➡️ Sharing real experiences

We’re grateful for the opportunity to spread awareness and reach more people across Ohio.

Because a healthier brain builds a stronger you.

“The bravest thing we can do… is raise our hand and ask for help.”

KJ Watts — retired Assistant Fire Chief and 2025 Fire Officer of the Year — recently shared his story on The Mark Blazor Show podcast, opening up about the realities many first responders face.

After 26 years in the fire service, KJ experienced:
▪️ Sleepless nights
▪️ Nightmares
▪️ Anxiety and constant mental stress

Like many, he tried to push through it.

Until he didn’t.

Through eTMS, KJ found something he hadn’t experienced in years—real relief.

Within the first week, the changes started.
Not just for him—but noticed by his family.

➡️ Better sleep
➡️ Less mental noise
➡️ More presence in everyday life

And now, over 3 years later… those results have lasted.

His mission?
To break the stigma and remind others:

“I’m the helper that needed help.”

At eTMS, stories like KJ’s matter.
Because they open the door for others to step forward.

Stress regulation is not a one-time adjustment.

For Brandon, it was a process.

After serving four years in the Army, he was struggling with depression, sleep, and daily energy.

In this video, he shares what changed for him after starting eTMS — and the shifts he began noticing in his day-to-day life.

His story is one example of something we see often:

When the brain is supported consistently, change becomes possible.

If you or someone you know is struggling, you’re not alone.

This week, we recognize the voices behind the call.

During National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week, we honor the 911 dispatchers who are there in life’s most critical moments — steady, focused, and always answering.

They are often the first first responders.
Hearing the chaos. Managing the urgency. Carrying the weight.

While they’re trained to stay calm — the stress doesn’t just disappear.

At eTMS, we understand the impact chronic stress and trauma can have on the brain. Through EEG-guided eTMS, we’re working to support those who serve — helping restore balance, improve sleep, and strengthen overall brain health.

To every dispatcher:
We see you. We appreciate you. And your health matters too.
