In celebration of Long-Term Care Administrator’s Week, we are on Novyl Igo, Administrator, for her outstanding leadership and unwavering commitment to resident-centered care.
Novyl has been a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Massachusetts for nearly 20 years, earning her license in 2006. Her journey in healthcare began in the early 1990s as a volunteer in Bridgewater. From that very first experience assisting with resident activities, she knew her future was in long-term care—there was never a doubt this was the industry where she belonged.
As Novyl advanced through roles as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Business Office Manager, her passion for the work—and her desire to make a broader impact—only grew.
“My ambition to lead came from wanting to do more for residents and for the industry. I saw administration as an opportunity to shape the environment where our seniors live. I love being an Administrator because it allows me to combine my hands-on experience with the operational leadership needed to run a high-quality facility. My goal is always to lead a team that provides the dignity, respect, and excellence in care that our residents and their families deserve.”
We're proud to have such a dedicated leader. Join us in thanking Novyl Igo for her commitment to exceptional long-term care!
