In their casual water cooler discussion, Spencer and Eugene were talking about the importance of monthly self-breast examinations, not only for women but for men as well to help with early breast cancer detection.
Please head over to American Candle on 611 today, Saturday, 10/25. They are hosting a tricky tray event where all proceeds will go to Breast Friends of PA, my partners for the Oncology Yoga classes I hold Wednesdays @ 6pm, Thursday's @ 1 pm and Saturday's @ 11:15 am for patients, survivors and caregivers.
