HaleyRad Esthetics Lashes | Facials | Laser Hair Removal | Waxing | Sugaring Cancellation Policy: Credit cards are required on file when booking.

All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours before to avoid any fees. A $20 fee will be charged if you cancel after a 24 hour notice. No shows or same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fees at the time of the appointment. If the card declines, you have until the end of that day to provide payment in order to be rescheduled or keep any future appointments. You cannot be rescheduled until the fees are paid for. The card is only charged unless there is a same day cancellation or no show - other payment needs to be provided at the time of your service. If you cancel 2 appointments back to back, you will be required to prepay to hold any future appts. All appointments and services are non refundable. By booking any appointments with me (HaleyRad Esthetics) you agree to these policy terms.
