I'm getting so excited about my trip to Minneapolis next week to attend The Scientific Network on Female Sexual Health and Cancer! I will get to spend time with old friends and make some new ones. I will get to teach and learn. I will be surrounded by like minded, mission driven professionals. I will mentor and be mentored. This is how we make the world a better place.

This dedicated team supports our physician-scientists and principal investigators who are leading breast cancer clinical trials testing new and innovative therapies.

At the Cancer Institute, we’re leading the way in breast cancer research with the largest number of interventional in the state and Arkansas’ only academic Phase 1 Cancer Clinical Trials Unit.

Big breath. Yes!!!!

If you want life to be lighter, (feeling brighter & higher vibe) then let it recharge you from the inside out. Consider this an invitation to lay down the heavy backpack of “shoulds” and duties that are really not your own. Family expectations, heaviness at work; these are not yours to choreograph.

Instead, access the part of you that does not get dragged down by ego or by fear. Find a place where you can tune-in. It could be in a favorite chair, a cozy corner, or in a special spot (or walk) in nature. You get to decide, and it doesn’t have to take long.

Notice the expansiveness here, and the stillness. Let past concerns and future worries be just that - past and future. Being in this moment is the doorway to connect with your expanded self, and your growth, and your peace…

Drop some 🩵🩵🩵 if you’re ready to let go of the heaviness, and curate a boundless life.
