Sharing my own journey even though these are embarrassing to post, but estheticians get acne too 🥲

Acne can absolutely destroy your confidence and self esteem and that’s exactly what it did to me. In most of these before pics I was depressseeedddddd. Depressed because of the acne but also the depression made the acne worse. It was just a vicious cycle.

Thank GOD I came out of that depression, started cleaning up my diet and started using . Those were the two game changers. I have had acne almost my whole 20’s and I can tell you those were 100% the two game changers. I had absolutely no knowledge of the gut/skin connection until the last couple of years and boyyy is it real!!! Using the proper skin care formulations specifically for acne helped aid in the clearing process, made it much quicker and has kept my skin so healthy to this day (took these after pics yesterday morning).

Treat your body good, eat healthy food, use good skin care. Lmk if you need help. 🙂

A four week difference

I literally want to cry bc I’m so happy for her 🥲

She is on a full Face Reality regimen and has been getting bi-weekly acne treatments

We are going to start working on leftover post inflammatory hyperpigmentation and erythema and I cannot WAIT for the after pictures when she is fully clear

Happy Birthday SKYN 🥲 God gets all the glory. I asked and prayed and trusted him on this and he delivered. Business ownership is crazy and hard at times but the most rewarding experience ever. Thank you to all of my amazing clients who have trusted me over the years and have followed along with me on this journey. I had to sift through a lot to finally realize I needed my own space. Feeling very thankful today and can’t wait to see everyone at the celebration 🤍🥳
