Our studio requires a 48 hour notice for all appointment changes whether that is a reschedule or a cancellation. Cards on file will be charged, or a fee will be added to your next appointment if this timeframe is not respected.
Unfortunately, we have had more than usual last minute cancellations between our esthetics and medical team. Some of our staff drive from out of town, find childcare, or accommodate their schedules to see their clients, which makes last minute changes very frustrating. Please understand this is our income, while it’s your luxury.
A 48 hour notice gives us time to fill the appointments spot or rearrange things if needed in our personal lives. We highly recommend that if you do not know your schedule, or cannot commit to the appointments you make in advance with us, to please hold off on booking until you know 100% you are able to come. This gives other clients the ability to schedule and show up.
With all of that being said, we understand life happens. Please communicate with us if anything comes up, and we will do our best to accommodate you while policies stay in place. It’s the last minute, same day cancellations that are not cool. 😔
