NMB FIT LLC I help individuals create the best version of themselves through proper strength and conditioning. Welcome to NMB FIT LLC! (Located inside Old School Iron Gym).

I not only believe in hard work & encouraging each other to better themselves each day, but to have fun and nerd out while doing it. It's my job to help you unleash your inner hidden potential and transform you into the best version of yourself that you can be. I offer both in person & online personal training along with a community of like-minded nerds. In person training ranges from general health & wellness to strength & conditioning while focusing on elevating all aspects of your life. Little back day action. Decided to keep it a bit easier on the exercises selection with the reps between 10-12 except on pull-ups which was 6-8 (those cancbe done assisted as well πŸ€™).

1. Pull-ups

2. Pullover Machine

3. Lat Pulldown

4. T-Row

5. Machine Reverse Fly

6. Machine Preacher Curl

7. Dumbbell hammer curl

Quick math. It takes approxamitely 3500 calories to burn 1 pound on fat.

Client X has a caloric maintenance of 2500. This includes working out, metabolism, steps, etc. etc.

If they eat 2000 calories on Mon-Fri they would be in a weekly deficit of 2500. (2500-2000=500)(500x5 days=2500)

1000 more to go to hit a weekly deficit of 3500. (3500-2500)

On the weekend they consume 4000 calories per day. (4000-2500 =1500)(1500x2 days = 3000)

They are now in a weekly surplus of 500 calories. (3000 surplus - 2500 deficit = 500 surplus)

Weight will eventually keep being added on.

It doesn't matter how smart you are if your not willing to put the work in. It can not be done for you and results wont come otherwise. Workouts are never perfect but you should always be trying. That does not mean burning yourself out either, but to again, put for the effort needed. πŸ€™
