ANNOUNCEMENT 📢 PLEASE SHARE!
Since we have successfully transitioned to our new EMR system, we have a new protocol for patient prescription refills!
Please call your pharmacy and ask them to send us a refill request and it will route through our new EMR system! Please remember to request your refill at your pharmacy at least a week in advance to ensure you don't run out!

MAY WE HAVE YOUR ATTENTION, PLEASE!

As many of our patients know, we have utilized paper charts for the time being in our office. Today is the day we have started using our new EMR system, and we are excited about this huge step forward!
But with that being said, it is a new system we are learning and adapting to, so please be patient with our staff. We are maneuvering in a new way and trying to make the transition as smooth as possible.

Monthly statements are rolling out!
As most of our patients know, when we first opened, our credentialing with insurance companies took quite some time. Our goal was to serve the community with amazing healthcare, so we proceeded to see patients knowing some claims would not pay due to credentialing issues.
Now we are credentialed with most major insurance companies, and monthly statements are being mailed. If you receive one, the easiest way to make your payment is either in person in the office, calling us at 409-489-4220 to pay via card over the phone, or mail a payment to us at 2427 Sam Rayburn Parkway, Brookeland TX 75931. There are payment options on the statement, and those options go to our outside billing company, which is also totally fine. We just want the chance to serve our patients in a more personal manner, since we are the ones who get to see you!

Today, we were blessed to be vendors at the Stand Down Event for Veterans 🇱🇷

Total Care at the Lake and Primary Care Pavilion, both owned by the Jasper Hospital District, were able to attend this wonderful event and get to visit with Veterans and their family and friends.

William Thomas Will Cheeley was a loving and much loved son, grandson, husband, brother, father to be, and friend. Will left this world on July 6, 2025 at the age of 21 after a tragic injury. Will was born on December 30, 2003 in Beaumont, TX to Jonathan Cheeley and
