SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT ✨
Starting January 5, 2026, Chris Gilchriest FNP-C will be working full time at the Primary Care Pavilion located at 227 East Milam Street, Jasper Texas. Their phone number to schedule appointments with Chris is 409-489-4300.

Chris will fill in time to time at our Total Care at the Lake office, when our amazing Terri Cheeley, PA-C takes off, but he will now be working Monday through Friday at the Jasper location starting in January.

Thank you for all of your hard work, along with your nurse Jennafer! If you need an appt, please call Primary Care Pavilion to get set up!

Total Care at the Lake will be closed next Thursday and Friday for the Thanksgiving holiday, to spend time with their families and friends, and to celebrate all we are thankful for!

What a great scholarship fundraiser!
Make a bid on the JHD Christmas tree!

We have donated a tree to the Jasper Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce. All of the donated trees will be auctioned off to fund their scholarship program. Please go by and bid on ours. Thank you to (Mary) Raymond Morgan and Ashley Marie for decorating the tree.
