Breathe In Motion Physical Therapy & Wellness

Breathe In Motion Physical Therapy & Wellness We’re changing the narrative of healthcare to a preventative approach. Are you in?
(1)

Different from traditional physical therapy, we take a whole body approach to get to the root cause of aches and pains before they stop you from doing the things you love.

Team meetings at Breathe In Motion are anything but ordinary. They are unique and special because they blend growth, play, and purpose—where brainstorming Disney-level experiences, sharpening clinical skills, and genuinely enjoying time together all live in the same room.

From dance breaks and workouts to big-picture vision casting, every meeting is a chance to connect as humans first and teammates second. 💃🏋️‍♀️🧠 We talk culture, practice our hands-on skills, and dream up new ways to make every visit feel a little more magical for our clients. ✨

These are the moments that make Breathe In Motion feel like family, not just a workplace. 💙 Grateful for a team that shows up fully, learns together, and has a whole lot of fun along the way. 🙌

Patellar tendon pain that just won’t go away? 👀

It might be patellar tendinopathy (aka jumper’s knee) – that nagging pain just below your kneecap that flares with jumping, squats, or stairs.

At Breathe In Motion, we don’t just chase pain, we look for the why.
✅ Step 1: Calm the storm – hands-on work, isometrics, and smart activity tweaks to settle symptoms so your knee can breathe again.
✅ Step 2: Fix the cause – targeted strength for quads, hamstrings, and hips to improve how your tendon handles load (hello, decline squats and hip work 👋).
✅ Step 3: Play the long game – progressive loading and prevention strategies so you can keep jumping, lifting, and running without that tendon barking at you every week.

If your “rest and ice” approach isn’t cutting it anymore, it’s time for a plan that actually rebuilds tendon capacity. 💪

Send us a DM or click the link in bio to schedule your evaluation and start giving that patellar tendon the love (and load) it needs. 🔗

One year of Shana at Breathe In Motion, and we truly can’t imagine the clinic without her! 💙

Shana is the definition of kind, compassionate, and sweet, and it shows in every single session she has with her clients. Her patients rave about her calming presence, thoughtful care, and the way she makes them feel heard, supported, and encouraged every step of the way. 🙂

Help us celebrate Shana’s 1-year BIM-iversary in the comments and show her some love for being such an amazing addition to the team and community 🫶✨

🎥 From constant pain to confident movement again 💪

For years, Ann battled chronic hip, low back, and sciatic pain. She tried everything—but the relief never lasted. Then she connected with Molly at Breathe In Motion, who helped her uncover the root cause of her pain and guided her through a plan that actually worked 🤍

Now, Ann’s back to tackling her toughest workouts, pain-free, and keeps her visits to Breathe In Motion as part of her ongoing wellness routine 🌀

Because recovery isn’t just about healing—it’s about moving better, feeling stronger, and staying consistent.

I told them I work in healthcare… but this is what it looks like ➡️ hands-on care, Pilates reformers, sweat, smiles, and clients who actually have fun getting stronger with us.

Carrie opens up about how imposter syndrome once made her feel like she didn’t deserve more than the traditional, surface-level care she was used to receiving. 💭

At Breathe In Motion, she gave herself a chance to experience something different — care that sees the whole person, not just the diagnosis. 💜

She’s treated like an athlete here — and now, she’s encouraging others to do the same for themselves. 💫

Noticing changes that don’t feel like you — but no one warned you about? 🫣

Bladder leaks, pelvic pressure, pain with movement or intimacy, headaches, joint stiffness, or new tension often show up years before your final period. Many women don’t realize these are signs of perimenopause — and they’re more common than you think.

Pelvic floor therapy can help you:
• understand what’s changing and why
• reduce pelvic pain and pressure
• improve bladder control
• support prolapse symptoms
• rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence
• feel grounded in your body again

So many women tell us they wish they’d known about this sooner. Perimenopause is often the best time to get support — not the last.

🎥 Postpartum core connection in action!

Dr. Elise is still in her postpartum recovery and focusing on rebuilding that deep core strength 💪. With Dr. Missy’s guidance (and her ⭐️ “zipper up” method), she’s learning how to properly activate her core to support healing and improve diastasis recti.

This gentle yet powerful technique helps retrain those deep abdominal muscles from the inside out — reminding us recovery takes patience, awareness, and the right strategies 🙌

The Breathe In Motion crew is feeling festive! 🎄✨

Wishing our community joy, movement, and moments of calm this holiday season.

Even the GRINCH knew the true Christmas spirit meant doing something extra special for Nicole and her family this year, courtesy of the Breathe In Motion team. 💚🎄❤️

Nicole is not only a BIM client but a dear friend who was diagnosed with stage IV breast cancer 2.5 years ago, and she continues to come in weekly to work with Maggie, staying as strong and healthy as she can so she can keep up with her kiddos throughout treatment. 💗

This incredibly sweet family could really use your prayers and support this holiday season — please lift up the Schmidt family. Their young kiddos need their mama feeling as strong, loved, and surrounded as possible. 💕
