Our final workshop at Imagine Health and Wellness Farm was nothing short of amazing—though bittersweet, as it was our last on the farm in Bethlehem CT.

But don’t worry, the adventure is far from over! We’re building a community of bold souls ready to step beyond their comfort zones and into the transformative power of Fire and Ice. With yoga and breathwork to spark the flame, and an ice plunge to awaken the body and mind, the journey continues.

A little over a year ago, we planted the seeds of Imagine Health and Wellness Farm and watched them flourish. Now, we’re following the call to new horizons! We’ve sold the farm (a decision both exciting and nostalgic), but this leap of faith is giving us the freedom to explore fresh possibilities.

Our next chapter? We’re searching for a new location for our business, in or around Brookfield to offer both Chiropractic services and Wellness Center—a space where healing, movement, and transformation can thrive.
