Hello there Mamas to be! Updates for the Spring Ball & Breathe series
Based off demand and feedback we are offering classes one Monday a month through June with options to sign up individually or for all 4 fe please sign up through movetoglowct.com or DM!
if Classes meet at Well Adjusted LLC in Brookfield. Each class will offer something different each time and follow up with resources will be provided if you have to miss one so it is catered to your flexibility.
* About: birthing ball basics class, suitable for all trimesters, uses stability balls to prepare the body for labor by enhancing mobility, reducing pregnancy aches, and encouraging optimal fetal positioning. These classes teach exercises like pelvic tilts, hip circles, and stretches to strengthen the core, open the pelvis, and aid in pain relief during labor. Gentle yoga, wellness tips, and breathing exercises will also be featured in the class.
Please bring a mat. No need to bring a ball.
