Anyone who knows me knows that I discourage people from foam rolling their IT Bands. Your IT Band is NOT a muscle and it CAN'T elongate!!! If you have pressure in your IT Band, it's most likely coming from your TFL and/or your Gluteus Medius (not Maximus, like he says), which directly articulates with your IT Band. You will get MUCH better results from foam rolling these muscles than you will EVER get from foam rolling your IT Band. If you have IT Band syndrome, I can help you fix it!!!
