We had the BEST time spreading some Christmas cheer with our amazing residential supervisors, employment specialist, and admin team! 🎅🎄💫

It’s honestly crazy (in the best way!) to see how much our team has grown over the past few years. Each person plays such an important role, and we couldn’t do this work without them.

And of course, we love our incredible DSPs just as much! While it’s impossible to have an all-staff party in this field, we’re celebrating with gift deliveries and small moments of appreciation to say thank you for all they do. 🎁✨ We do our best — because they deserve it.

We are beyond thankful for the heart, dedication, and compassion this entire team brings every single day to support the individuals we are so blessed to serve. So grateful. So proud. And feeling very merry this season! ❤️🎄

Congratulations, Trish, on earning December Employee of the Month!

Trish brings positivity everywhere she goes and always has a smile on her face, setting the tone for a great day. She is universal, supporting both Residential and Day Program settings, and consistently steps in wherever she is needed. Trish has been an incredible asset to our team, and we truly appreciate her dedication, flexibility, and positive energy. We are so thankful for everything she does and hope she is absolutely loving her retirement gig! 😁

We want to take a moment to say how truly grateful we are—for so many reasons.

We have the absolute best team, working together every day to help people enjoy life, stay healthy, and grow in their independence. We are fortunate to support the coolest individuals, each with their unique personalities that we absolutely love!

We are proud of you, grateful for you, and thankful every single day for the work you do.

We are also incredibly thankful for our community partners, support teams, guardians, friends, and families. It takes all of us working together to make great things happen.

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), a time to celebrate the contributions of workers with disabilities and to promote inclusive workplaces for all. This month highlights the immense value that individuals with disabilities bring to the workforce, while also raising awareness of the barriers they may face in employment.

At Creative Pathways, we proudly offer waivered employment services focused on helping individuals achieve integrated, competitive wages. From the beginning, we’ve been committed to bringing awareness to our local communities about the importance of inclusive employment.

Individuals with developmental disabilities can and should earn competitive wages just like everyone else. Working in inclusive settings builds friendships, fosters connections, and continues to show the world what is truly possible.

We also understand that not everyone is ready for competitive employment right away. Sheltered workshops and Pre-Vocational Services provide valuable opportunities for individuals to develop skills, gain confidence, and prepare for success in integrated, competitive workplaces when the time is right.

Thank you to all of the employers, team members, employment specialists, and employment coaches who make inclusive employment possible every day. Your dedication helps open doors and change lives.

Four supported individuals from Creative Pathways and Better Days had the incredible opportunity to attend the Missouri Real Voices Real Choices Conference at Margaritaville in Osage Beach, August 24–26, alongside their awesome staff!

Over the three days, they jumped into inspiring workshops on self-advocacy, coping skills, goal-setting, and even using AI as assistive technology. Not only did they gain valuable skills, but they also built new friendships with peers from across the state and reconnected with old friends, too.

Of course, it wasn’t all work; there was plenty of play! From exploring the resort and tasting new restaurants, to playing Bingo, belting out songs at karaoke, and dancing the night away, the group made unforgettable memories.

This experience was nothing short of phenomenal for everyone- staff included! We are beyond grateful for the chance to be part of such an empowering and fun-filled event. Thank you !
