Fascia- connects to every part of the body. Holds the memory of our past, our trauma, our emotions as well as supports all your organs and structure.
I've finished 2 sessions so far and I wanted to share how amazing myofascial work is. I cannot believe how it has helped change some very old patterns in my body. My mind and body feel so much calmer, like its not fighting itself anymore.

As a lot of you already know, I am going to be discontinuing our Nourish juice orders. I am working on finding a new product to stock that will be nutritious, a longer shelf life, and easier for me to keep stocked. The last day to get money back for bottle returns will be Wednesday Feb 4th. I will stock juices one last time for the week of Feb 9th-14th.

Mon- Dec 22nd 9am-6:30pm
Tues- Dec 23rd 9am- 4pm
Mon- Dec 29th 9am-6:30pm
Wed- Dec 31st 9am-2pm

I am leaving by 3pm on Wed Jan 14th and 28th and will come in the following Thursday afternoons Jan 15th and 29th from 3-6:30pm to ensure enough afternoon and evening spots for patients.

What a fun open house yesterday! It was so nice to see so many people stopping by, hanging out, shopping and exploring all the offerings of the office. You all mean so much to me. It was great to get so many unexpected cards, gifts and hugs. Thank you just doesn’t seem like a big enough word.
A huge shout out to Mindy of Balance Bioresonance Biofeedback for all the hours of hard work and your party planning skills that made the office and market area function and look so beautiful. Looking forward to my next 20 years of helping my patients feel great and be the best version of themselves.
