With the town boasting picturesque views in its 27 square miles, you are sure to find your place here. The Village of Brookfield offers plenty of restaurants, shops, historical sights, and community activities. We pride ourselves on offering Person Centered or customized care to meet each resident’s unique and individual needs. In addition, our Life Enrichment program is based on Sunshine’s Six Pillars of Wellness: physical engagement, sensory stimulation, spiritual support, social connection, intellectual discovery, and emotional expression. These combined approaches create a warm and safe environment for your loved one to call home.

We’re so lucky to have Chloe Tesch on our team. ♥️

As our Administrative Assistant, Chloe brings both creativity and heart to everything she does. Outside of Lakewood, she’s an artist with a love for oil painting - especially portraits that capture the essence of people. She’s also a fan of classic literature and once served as president of the Chi Omega Sorority, an experience that honed her leadership skills and passion for community.

At Lakewood, Chloe loves the strong sense of connection - both with our residents’ families and our amazing team. To her, Lakewood truly feels like a second home.
